Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026-08-02
This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect personal information in the context of the logistics management platform (the "Service").
1. Information we collect
Account data: name, email address, and role of the users registered by each organization.
Operational data: information your organization uploads to the Service (shipments, customers, consignees, agents, invoices, and related documents).
Technical data: access logs, IP address, device and browser type, used for security, auditing, and Service improvement.
2. How we use information
To provide, maintain, and improve the Service; to authenticate users and enforce access controls.
For billing, technical support, and communications about your account or Service changes.
For security: fraud, abuse, and incident detection; and to comply with legal obligations.
3. Multi-tenant isolation
Each organization's operational data is logically isolated and accessible only to that organization's authorized users. We do not use one tenant's operational data for another tenant's benefit.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data only with vendors that help us operate the Service (for example, cloud infrastructure and transactional email), under confidentiality obligations, or when required by law.
When your organization integrates third-party services (for example, accounting), data is shared according to the configuration it authorizes.
5. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit, role-based access controls, audit logs, and periodic backups. No system is infallible; we will notify security incidents as required by applicable law.
6. Retention
We retain information while the account is active and, after termination, for the reasonable period needed for exports, legal obligations, and dispute resolution. Backup copies are purged in the ordinary cycle.
7. Your rights
You may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal information by contacting your organization's administrator or us. Requests about a tenant's operational data are handled through its administrator, who acts as the controller of that data.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Policy. The current version will be posted on this page with its update date, and material changes will be notified by reasonable means.
